The One-Year Online Certificate Course on Primary Healthcare Management for Community Health Officers (CHOs) of Odisha is a collaborative initiative by the Department of Community Medicine & School of Public Health, PGIMER Chandigarh, and the National Health Mission, Odisha. The program equips CHOs of Odisha with essential clinical, public health, and leadership skills through a flexible digital learning model, OSCE-based assignments, and continuous mentoring. By integrating national expertise with state priorities, the course aims to strengthen primary healthcare delivery at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs and contributes to advancing Universal Health Coverage in Odisha.
